Customer Education & Sales Enablement

Customer education refers to a company's role in providing consumers with the information, skills, and abilities needed to become a more informed buyer. While it can take on many different forms, customer education is most effective when used to engage online shoppers and in-store customers.

At learning atoms, we will evaluate your company's product or service and identify how to best self-educate potential customers. We will draw from our experience in marketing and instructional design to develop effective content and experiences for potential customers. 

Examples of this type of content could include Google Ads, video web series, animated videos, interactive videos, flyers, interactive drag and drop experiences, augmented reality (AR), game-based lessons, and form-based recommendation tools.

Sales enablement is the process of providing the sales organization with the information, content, and tools that help sales people sell more effectively. The foundation of sales enablement is to provide sales people with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process.

We will work with your product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify key product or service takeaways and your organizations value proposition. We will use this information to develop meaningful and engaging content that will educate and empower your sales team.
